A very pretty poppy, almost transparent. What storms? Did I miss something?

I see you're in berkshire, I gather the storms were mostly in the north of england and scotland.

A lovely Poppy,Resinone..We didn't have any storms here in West Yorkshire..but it rained through Friday night..What a shame some of your plants were damaged..

Well that's gardening bloomer, I was very lucky in that most of them will regrow, mostly perenials. I'm learning to go with the garden and its conditions! It must have been a north easterly thing, hopefully better weather on the way...fingers crossex for an indian summer...???

Oh, sorry, I didn't realise you had storms up in the north. We had a breezy day on Saturday but nothing more than that and we could certainly do with some rain here.

Sadly I have no room left Resi or I would have begged some. Thanks for the offer. I have another twenty plus poppy plants to get in somewhere that I grew from seed and I have no idea where they are going, maybe some more grass needs digging out. lol. Either that or going into the OH's field and stealing more room for growing plants in. lol. Good job he is not reading this lol. Thanks ever so much for offering though - so kind of you. :O)
