I'm sure that's not true Dawn ;-), the cerise one looks good to but I've just been deadheading that one lots of side shoots developing though so picture soon , are they hardy or am I best taking cuttings?
It's lovely isn't it Dd can see its going to be even better soon lots of side shoots developing on this too.

Mine came through last winter, a little worse for wear. I'm like you, to be sure i collect the seed. I have taken cuttings but as they grow so fast from seed, I think seed is the way to go. Do you have a method to encourage side shoots? The cerise one is really nice too.

I still have some of your seed Dawn didn't sow it all :-), I just cut of the spent flower heads to encourage the side shoots to form , yes the cerise is lovely :-)
