Sedum 'Blue Pearl'

The dark leaved ones are great, well all Sedum are.

I have been looking out for this one...... lovely isn't it?

They certainly are Dawn, I've been buying a few little alpine ones to dot among the rocks around the new waterfall , Robs done a lot of it but run out of rocks, looking out for more on ebay where he bought the last lot, he decided to add another pool at the top to make it an even longer fall , looks good but a lot of sorting to do around it where things have been flattened , still had a good day yesterday planting , I even have the perfect spot at the top for a Cornus Controversa which I've wanted for ages !! , found a lovely one too :-)

We bought a Cornus Contraversa a few years ago at the moment it is back in its pot, it needs a great deal of space, might have to move house lol!!

Lol DD. Now my variegated one is VERY slow whereas the green one has gone crazy. Im quite fond of my Cornus alternifolia too.

All our Cornus have doubled in size this year, thank goodness they can be pruned back hard.......

There will soon be so much cutting back of perennials, not a favourite job of mine

Mine neither Dawn that's when the shredder comes in handy !, the daylilies are starting to look a bit of a mess now, Robs going to strim them all for me in another week or two when they've all finished, then they'll send up new growth which will look much better , its just whether I've room in my compost bins for all the strimmings!!

Variegated one will be great. You're going to be busy with your day Lillie's, so they don't mind a chop.
