This is a very beautiful variety that can bloom late through winter. It has large reddish leaves, also. Photo taken at my former neighbor's house on Aug. 30, 2016.

There's other varieties that have shiny leaves, also.

One thing plain old Celadine has in its favor are the large glossy leaves. I'm not seeing that on other types.
