I've had them on my mind this summer.. remember the photos I posted of the regular green?
So this variegate form should fit in well with my semi dry front garden's oddball plants.

Its possible. I cant really start off with rare or pricey. Some do get valuable only because they've grown for 10 or 20 years.
I was looking at prices for even smallest C&S at the big home store..they are double what they used to be. I was thinking what I would have to spend to start from scratch.
Water going up in price. I never would have thought gardening would be so expensive. Not gardening-lol.

I think Thorny,its blue. How deep a blue is a question. Like with many variegated plants..how strong they are too slightly stressed conditions is up in the air.
I did read they are hardy to Zone 7 and 0F. That sounds way too generous..but maybe.
