This has been a bad year for my plumerias. Several haven't bloomed this year for the first time ever! I think it's the drought. Also, I used to fertilizer them with 0-15-15 this time of year for them to develop the latent buds for spring.

Mine has never threatened to bloom! Grows,but no buds yet.
It all takes my Plumeria adding to a stop!
