Morskoi sand under a microscope with a 300-fold increase. Sent to me by friend.

Isn't it amazing? Doesn't even look like sand, but this would be good to mix into your raised vegetable bed.

Amazing...! When I first saw the small profile picture I thought they were sweeties...! :D The texture and colours are fab. I too agree with Klahanie...! An attractive bowl with a microscope will open up all sorts of fascinating conversations with visitors... :o)))

I love collecting unusual stones from the beach, and keep them in a bowl - but this beats the lot. Amazing!

I'm blown away by this photo its fabulous whoever would have thought sand could look like that fascinating and beautiful , if only we could see as well , but then again we would no doubt see a lot we didn't want to ....
