The seeds germinated. I might get to see them fruit in my next lifetime or through an extra, after life dimension!

Thanks Andy,I'm getting into "anything goes if it grows" about tropical's in the bay area.
I almost hate to say it- admit it- but the more I grow the happier I feel-lol. It feels good to have a yard of exotic plants.

Very nice! Protect, protect, protect them from winter. It's an extremely cool-sensitive tree. Seedlings will not tolerate the slightest chill. Even as warm as we are in winter here in San Diego, seedlings need to be protected.
Of course, larger trees tolerate the winter weather here very well.
