Salvia microphylla 'Purple Queen'

Purple? Is it really that blue? Like the blue.

The photo hasn't captured the colour too well although it's not really purple, more deep blue.

I have a perennial Lobelia which has deep blue flowers, which never seem the right shade on photos.

Strange isn't it.

Its like the true blue of Coventry if you dont know what true blue is look at the blue they always put on the virgin Mary.
