The tinge of green you see is usually our December green..

On average. In drought years,we had no green until January due to some rains.
We have had not one but two subtropical storms drop so much water its our wettest October since 1932.

It's nice you and Klahanie are getting some wet weather. We haven't got much of anything. Last Monday a big thunderstorm gave us a 25 minute downpour which broke a large branch off my largest Plumeria tree. We can really use the rain.
