Posted this one as when I have mentioned growing them from seed people seem wary of them,Shall have to thin them out a bit in spring.

I dont find them particularly difficult Brian...Is that a white one?

Yes white .the larger ones on the other photo are Lingholm blue.

I can grow them Brian but they never last more than a year or two in the garden ....

agree about 2/3 years flowering is what I obtain the really large perennials which may live longer i think we have to leave to our Scottish friends
