I bought two dark leafed Lorapetalums the ones with the bright pink flowers Hot Spice and Fire Dance...... identical!! its a bit of a con to make you think you are buying a different variety......happened several times now.......
Now looking more closely at yours on my Mac, instead of my tablet, it does look different, the flowers are more pinky, and to be fair GB are usually good with their labels.....

Dd, the flowers on this Hellebore are not fully open yet. They are going to have white/pale pink insides.
My Loropetalum Fire Dance has deep pink flowers. Looking at pics of Hot Spice the flowers look quite red. Annoying if you didn't get what you thought you had bought.

The Hot Spice being in a 9cm pot is in the conservatory where I can keep a close eye on it.....

My Fire Dance is in the conservatory border against the east facing wall. It's the plants first winter, will have to see how it copes with the frosts, it being a little tender.

Have you fleeced it?

We have an identical plant but the name is different, I do prefer the Hellebores with the variegated leaves.......have pruned all the leaves off the others, so we will be able to enjoy the flowers, but Leave the variegated ones......
