Jalpeno growing in Fabruary

is this indoors,or a heated greenhouse?

No Paul, it in a cold lean to greenhouse facing south, our winter here in Dublin was quite mild.

The winter is the mildest that I can remember, it was more like spring. Drizzling rain started yesterday and I think we have it for the weekend. Had a walk on the beach yesterday, I was one of four people out in it, High tide large waves it was lovely.
