I came across these this morning at the nursery while clearing up behind "Doris". I didn't see them on Saturday so they must have all just "popped out" in the last couple of days. Only about four inches high but pretty. Obviously something that little deer doesn't like.

Thanks Siris. I haven't got any out at home yet.
Not much going on over the winter Simbad but all the ones I dug up over the last 18 months are sprouting in their pots. I haven't found any since autumn so that must be all of them. We'll see.
I have lots of seedlings in the greenhouse there and was potting some on this morning. It was cold but sunny so I thought it was time to make a start.

We're giving up the allotment this year, the garden takes all our time ,so I'm busy deciding which daylilies seedlings to keep the list is far to long compared to space in the garden lol .
Yes seed time yaay I have some sprouting too !

My seedlings are all herbaceous perennials sown last autumn but they've done alright in the greenhouse at the nursery. No bubble or insulation and they can't have been watered half a dozen times but they've just started a spurt this week.

Very cheerful. I agree that the Daffs have suddenly burst into bloom.
