One of the very few plants I left in after we moved here, it was in a pot, I moved it into the soil and again last year to a different location. It's never done very much and then this year it surprised me by doing this. Either I found the perfect spot or it's a last ditch attempt at survival..

Thank you shirleytulip and terra. I'll certainly leave it where it is now, keeping fingers crossed for a repeat next winter. I've only just cut off the drying blooms, as they still look wonderful I've brought them indoors. The only flowers I can now have inside as their pollen has all gone. I do miss my flowering houseplants as I had so many and loved having them around.
