Tulips "Double Romance" flowering on balcony railings as seen from the outside on 1st April 2017

They were very nice while they lasted but unfortunately not all the bulbs flowered, a few produced buds that dried up & never opened & a few never even produced a bud!
So, although they were very pretty & quite long-lasting, I was rather disappointed with their performance!
