Forsythia

Going to prune mine shortly, the flowers are fading fast.

Ours are to Sue , nothing last for long does it ....

This one hasn't quite peaked yet - it really brightens up the garden

Mine was only put in last year and is still very small. Can I ask should I still prune it?

Yes, now is the time to prune - just after it flowers. I use July 4th as the deadline for pruning Forsythia - then it starts setting buds for next Spring.

Lovely splash lightening up the garden .
