Its beautiful I love the spikey flowers also a nice way to display it with a selection of your Sems :o)

Anthonyk, Its quite interesting to note the differences as they sometimes all get lumped together. Schlumbergera truncata Cactus ( Thanksgiving Cactus ) is another lovely one that I covet.
Amy shame it can't live with the sems but it prefers being in a tight fit pot plus the sems are tougher & prefer being outside really.

Lovely flowers, GF! I have had some plants ofthesefor many years. Unfortunately I had to throw them all away last year - or so I thought because one survived & is in bud in our kitchen at the moment!
I have many Christmas Cacti as well. They flowered better last year than they had done for several years. But strangely one plant produced a flower during the past week - it fell off today.

I suppose they let you know if they are happy or not one way or another.
Shame you had to throw them out.
