Geum with yellow foliage, and orange flowers. Put in shade to prevent leaf scorching.

It says light shade. I always put soft yellow leaved plants in a shady position otherwise they scorch. Flowers are orange, more sparse than the green leaved version apparently.

Less Chlorophyll in the leaves with the colour so understandingly less flowers
