Herb grows up to 5/6 ft tall , you can cook mature leaves like spinach

No I haven't eaten any yet I'll be brave for you and taste it ,I'm not at all fond of Spinach so will expect a girl guide badge or something similar Lol ...

I like raw spinach ...but cooked....eugh!

Can't say I'm mad about spinach but a poached egg on top improves it. We've taken to juicing it with oranges, makes a nice smoothie.

Interesting plant, must make an unusual hedge. I like spinach cooked or raw so would definitely give it a try.

I've eaten a leaf raw its not at all bad its quite like spring cabbage , I haven't cooked any I would probably have to strip both plants to get enough for a meal Lol .
