Did Greys chew though that entry!??? Blimey! Used to see Reds in Bournemouth Gardens as a kid, many moons ago! Lovely little critters.

the greys are very destructive - I have never seen a red squirrel, maybe one day.

yes I have seen a lot worse than this,
several people around us have had them in there roof space where they have chewed through insulation of electric wires.

I have heard of that, Brian. I wonder if their tails go frizzy if the electrics are live!! Haha.

Don't like the destruction but do not know how to untick the 'like' box. Sparrows are squatting in the swallow nests from last year. The swallows have had to build anew this year but the first babies have already flown the nest.

Never seen that before.
