Brian-I think the correct name is C. alpina ssp ochotensis.
It has also been Atragene ochotensis.
Are you growing it up the support.I was thinking of finding a way of letting it trail,but it looks like it will be too long.
Mine has a 1st flower so I will try to put it on the SRGC site to try and get a definite name.
Mine's still in its pot,so is a bit behind yours.

Brian had one reply yesterday.Looks like this is C.chiisanensis.
Don't be too quick to tidy it up,as apparently there may be more flowers during summer.

Phil just been scanning the net it was easy to find useing the name you gave however it seems according to write up that name has been superseded by the name Koreana Var Carunculosa others use alpina as the start name to complecate Crocus have a cultivar Koreana Amber this is more cream than mine. I gave up.
