Not sure what this tree is...it's has beautiful clusters of pure yellow flowers. Photo taken in San Diego, CA. on May 30, 2017.

I identified this tree. It's Caesalpinia mexicana native to subtropical and tropical Mexico. It flowers most of the year.

Lol I can imagine you with a big paper bag standing under those flowers awaiting for the seeds to fall so you can catch them ?

There were at least three trees there at this business park. I don't think they would miss a few seeds. There were small seedlings popping up under the trees, also.
