I was surprised how tall this Canna has grown, taller than me. In a not very big pot.

Homebird, the Canna was going to be bedded out in front of an ornamental Ginger, but as it is so huge I won't do that this year. It will remain in the conservatory in its pot. The pears are obviously outside, that tree, Conference, the purple haze is a Thalictrum.

Do you mean the Thalictrum, Dd? That is outside in the border.

No the Canna, we have a new one in a pot, the rest are in the ground and the majority flowering......

Dd, Do you leave your Cannas in the ground overwinter and fleece them?

Not as a rule Siris, dig them up, and pot them up.....

I was going to just put the pot out for the summer in the border, saves digging it up, but never got round to it.
