Mine are just past their best so I am feeding them very generously to keep them going!

Thanks Wildrose. A feed usually peps the plants up. We fed our plants in the pots last week. Our runner beans are just beginning to be picked now. We started them off in the greenhouse. The courgettes are forming on the plants and we have picked three so far.

Hi Thrupennybit and Waddy. We mixed the runner varieties and have white and red flowers and they look pretty. Gerry has nipped out the top of the runners so they thicken up. This is my view from the kitchen window.

Yes years ago in the 70s my ex and I use to go to Derbyshire often especially to Matlock before they turned the park into a fun park. Did you know Derbyshire use to be a part of Wales.
