In Hawaii all Plumerias are called grave yard flower. They're so widely planted in grave yards.

Yes that is understandable.
Like Rhododendrons are here then grown in in old grave yards but they dont call the Rhododendron a grave yard plant here.

Well at least it's a peaceful plant being called the grave yard tree as I live next door to a grave yard peaceful until the people of the church arrive .☺
