This tree is loaded with thousands of flowers and lots of fruit. Photo taken in San Diego in my neighborhood on August 6, 2017.

Thanks! It has very sweet pulp. It's an extremely widely grown tree in the tropics and subtropics for the fruit.
It's fruit is somewhat similar Inga edulis the Ice Cream bean...which is even more widely grown here.

Yes, they are.
Here's a couple pics of Inga edulis (Ice Cream Bean) when it was small. It's huge now. It has to be cut back constantly.
