rhubarb - what a difference a year makes!

lol I took about 5lb off it - and that's just the cut and washed stems. Cooked it all in batches, and froze most of it.
And then my friend Ron [who'd given me thid pirce off his plant] brought me some rhubarb sticks from his - about another five pounds.
Shee, I've got some munching to do before I can start picking fresh stalks again.
