Yummy! Stewed plums, plum jam, or just...eat them!

Last year I also made plum vodka. It was really nice. Bought a few of the small kilner bottles and gave it to friends and family for xmas. Fancy making plum brandy this year. Also bought myself and my daughter chest freezers, they arrived today, so we can freeze some as I have 2 trees full of them. Took some over to the army base near me last year, they have a cafe run by the wifes. They raise money for wounded soldiers by selling food. They used them to make crumbles.

Plum brandy? Now you're talking! I bet that will sell well at the army base!

I'm not that nice lol, just took over the plums. :-).
