By the way, 'The Chain Locker' is very nice indeed - the pub part is much as it was but lighter perhaps!

Thank you too Chris, for your kind words - I hope you're right, but it will take a while! We didn't get to Falmouth this year (but I did meet Steve for a weekend in north Devon) - will maybe visit The Chain Locker next year :)

Amy, The Chain Locker is a pub in Falmouth which had a big make over and we feared that it would alter a lot, losing its character but it is fine!!
Not that Sheila or I spend a lot of time in that particular establishment - mind you I can only speak for myself!!!

Amy, I haven't been in that establishment for years, but Chris kindly keeps me up to date because son Steve lives near to that pub (overlooking Falmouth harbour).
