This photo is probably the best of this year's display! I don't think there were so many flowers open after I took this photo.
There are fewer flowers as the weeks go by & in a couple of more weeks I will be emptying out the troughs on the balcony so I can put in my autumn bulbs & spring bedding plants.
If you have grown them, have you realized how the purple flowers change colour with the colder days? They become more of a deep pink than purple!
I'm going to put a photo on my photos page so you can see what I mean.
