Forced flowering of this exotic vine coming from seed that was planted two years ago.. weather here at the prairies dipped currently on single digit during the early morning and my buds won't open so i brought it inside the house... luckily it gave me its first bloom that only lasted for a day... but i'm fine with it at least i know it's the "Blue Crown" variety. More photos of other plants to come that i planted this year...

Next week, I am having a conifer hedge taken out and one trellis panel in it's place. I really like the look of passion flowers and have it in my mind to plant one to grow up it. Well done getting the flower to open. :-)
