Bahama Bay Hibiscus. (Hibiscus rosa-sinensis (Chinese Hibiscus))

This extra tender Hibiscus did not come right back. Unlike others I have that were back to blooming when spring turned warm, this had been cut back hard by last winters cold.
I dont want to tell it whats coming up...

London will be cool with a mix of clouds Penny. No mention of strong winds..some rains and basically 16C and 10C lows.
Those would be our Dec and Jan and maybe into March temps. By February we can be cold or pleasant..its back and forth.

I am not in London Stan I am close to Shakesphere country its been windy here but Scotland has had it worse.
At least your plants will be watered save you watering. .

Oh boy, "Bahama Bay" sure made the news.

The longer nights, cooler nights already have let me put off watering by a day. What was 3x a week,is now 2x. Once the rainy season kicks in,I can go months with no watering. Maybe for the small potted plants if we have a longer dry period I can top off.

It looks great! I love these Hibiscus. They're very common here. So many varieties.

They are great- but don't cover themselves in bloom, like the simpler Hibiscus rosa sinensis.

They actually bloom pretty prolifically here. I have some posted on GoY.
