Stunning I hope mine flowers as well if it survives the winter here inside my house.

Most of the Angel's trumpets in my front and back yards just finished flowering. Now, it should be getting a lot better for the Angel's trumpets. They like the shorter and cooler nights. They grow and bloom so much better from late fall through early spring.

At least they give you fantastic displays Andy I hope mine last the winter I ve had it bought into the house in the kitchen and cut it back to ground level not sure if to water it over the winter and how often as I ve read in the USA the chop them right back and store in their dark basement.

Yes, the best displays are yet to come. It's been very hot and dry here. They don't like this weather. When it cools a little during the nights it should do so much better.

I think you should water it. It's not a very drought tolerant plant. It can be kept a little drier in winter, though.

I shall look forward to the displays to come ☺ Lets hope it gets cooler for them I thought they liked it hot.

Yes I shall how much water and how often do you think.

Yes, the best blooming displays are yet to come. :>))

Your Angel's Trumpets plant should remain moist, but not wet. I know when in growth they like a lot of water and when not in growth just moist or a little dry before it's watered.

Thank you Andy I hope with my house being cold in winter it does nt kill it.

It should be fine inside a house. I don't think your house would get cold enough to kill an Angel's Trumpets plant.

Thank you Andy ? ha ha ha my son in law says my house is colder than the grave.

That's cold! Hopefully, your house isn't that cold!

I've had a hard time keeping "Frosty Pink" alive. It seems to want far more water then I want to give it. C.Grimaldi is more tolerant.

Dottydaisy2:

Do you cut it back and dig it out of the ground?

Balcony,

Thanks! :>))

Stan,

I have the same problems with the pink varieties. They need more water than I can give them to grow well. They look best in late winter or early spring after good rains.
