Wow! That's beautiful! I can never get a good photo of a Monarch butterfly. lol!

Sure you can. Just sneak up on him from behind while he's slurpling on nectar. A zoom lens comes in handy...and so does Photoshop.

I'll actually have to visit this winter the Monarch butterfly havens which are here in San Diego. I've never made it in past years. I believe there's a place in Old Town San Diego.

I need a new camera. lol!
