A pair of Swans on the canal.

We walked about three miles this morning along part of the Cromford Canal. It was a bit chilly and frosty, but we enjoyed seeing the wildlife.

There was a mist rising from the water Sterra, and yes it was cold, but I had four layers on to keep warm.

Thanks Wildrose and Ck, we quite often walk the canal. We sometimes see the Water Voles here.

Thats great - water voles seem to be a declining species so its good to hear you have some there. I once lost my sunglasses in the water doing a water vole survey, lol...

Perhaps somewhere close, a water vole looks real cool now Sterra...LOL.
