The moon this morning...

It was beautiful Lindak. I was on the way to taking grandchildren to school and it was huge. Still visible at 8am.

It's the closest it has been on its orbit to the earth for sometime Thorneyside. As you say a beautiful sight. It never ceases to amaze me how much there is out there in space.

Fascinating isn't it?

Very DD. When we lived on the I.O.Wight a very long time ago we used to have a telescope and look at the stars and moon. Back then there wasn't a lot of street lighting, and in our back garden it was dark.

Do you still have one Lindak?

No DD we sold it as there is too much street lighting around.
