Purple Crocus

Purple Crocus (Cocus tomminasinianus)

Includes giant purple Crocus, 'Pickwick' only a few here and there and species tommasinianus. Something is digging up the bulbs, definitely not squirrels, probably mice or my arch enemy, a rat.

Lovely Sue...even my very early cream ones aren't out yet here, and I can't see any sign of my Tommies at all.

I'm sure there were a lot more last year, maybe more still to open or eaten?

Same here, Peter thought it was squirrels though, we had more last year for sure...

Homebird, appart from tommasinianus, I don't do well with the smaller crocus hybrids, need better drainage.
