That is so beautiful. Thank you for brightening up our day. We have a two foot blanket of snow covering the garden so no colour showing apart from green and white.

Dd it looked like it was going this morning but then it started snowing again. It is hard on the eyes it is so startingly bright. I can't wait for it to go so I can get out and see if any of the spring bulbs have survived. I am hoping my soldanellas have survived too. They will not flower for some time yet.

A very pretty plant, Brian! ? As I had never heard of it before I looked it up & there are some nice colours.
If what I read about it in Wikipedia is correct then your plant should have no trouble surviving, Scotsgran! ?

Balcony it is still alive but not expected to flower yet awhile. I have just posted a blog of some photos I took yesterday. There is still an awful lot of snow on the hills so we do expect to get more yet.

Sorry, reading your comment again I see you said they will not flower for some time yet! I had only fixed my attention on the line before when you said you hoped your plants had survived!
