Ferris Wheel planter

Hi 3d, does it rotate, or is it fixed ?, Derek.

It rotates Derek as you can see last year I put winter pansy s in but it could take small herbs.

That's unusual 3d..but effective...

Thank you Bloomer I thought of mixing with trailing Lobelia and some thing else.

I bet that makes life easier to plant up
