The new young foliage. This Epimedium should have red flowers, but hasn't produced any yet.

Rubra does do poorly in the conservatory border, I just remembered I put a piece here in the east facing border, obviously prefers it here.

I brought Rubra & yellow Sulphureum from our last property, that's 40 odd years ago. Rubra ´s never really done well.

Now I'm onto Rubra ´s case, so a piece was relocated last year, seems so much happier. Moving them every couple of years appears to refresh them.
