Robin sitting on nest

4 blue Eggs should hatch soon. Mama seems catatonic when she's sitting on the eggs. She let's me get very close but doesn't appear to see me, or does she? Does anybody know?

She can see you alright Paul, they do learn to trust people, but I would let her have her space as you don't want to scare her off. They tend to snuggle down on the nest and not move hoping that they won't attract any predators around.

Thanks Linda. I never get too close. My camera has a very good zoom lens, lol! I'll just put out fresh water for her and chase away the feral cats.
