Limonium --found snarled around the overbearing echinacea!

Hi Magnoliatree...yes it has been the focus of a lot of research...it has a number of traditional uses...but the primary benefit is that it strengthens the immune system... there are many herbal supplements containing echinacea. The poor limonium (sea lavender) was completely tangled in among the echinacea... it usually sends up tall stems that look like a frothy mist... you may have seen it in bouquets with roses or other flowers much like gypsophila....personally I like it more than gyp...

Don't know this one - it's very pretty (even if it's not blue!!). Echinacea - does it have medicinal properties?
