Lilies from pkts bought on 2 consecutive years. Four to a Pkt first year, then down to 3, but good value all increasing each year. The yellow and brown is over 5 ft tall, all beloved of Lily Beetle.

A smashing selection, we never keep our lilies, grow new ones every year...

If it wasn't for the Lily Beetles, I'd be madly in love with them.
All the flowers on the white one are fully open. It looks stunning in the gloom of the evening.

Homebird. Useful keeping them in pots, because the pots can be moved to a space where the early Perennials have been cut back.

oh that's sad about the lily beetle. I have only one variety that seems to like it and thrive in my garden. I want to add some martagons. I've seen a tempting "collection" offered at Vesey's. I'll feed the lily beetles, just for the joy of seeiing these beauties.
