That's a beautiful flower! Does it have a fragrance?

I like that daylilies flower all year. It's a commonly planted median flower plant here.

unfortunately no fragrance on this one Andy, but it's super large with an extended bloom season. Daylilies are great plants with minimal care required - they aren't bothered by the hot & dry weather.

That's too bad about the fragrance. It looks great, though.

I have a common yellow one which has a very sweet fragrance.

You do? Do you know the variety? None of mine has a fragrance.

It's the common variety I see here. My friend gave me this yellow-gold variety a long time ago. This yellow-gold flowering variety has an incredible sweet fragrance. It has a similar fragrance to Plumeria 'Celadine'.

hmm I'll try to look for it here. I'd love to have one.
