Now it is fully open. Unlike some of the other hedychiums, this has no scent.

I was actually hoping it would be more red, but does light up the area it is in.

I prefer this colour than a red bet it looks wonderful amongst the habitat and your other plants.

It is in front of the bromeliads - I wanted to give them some shade. It worked because now I have an Aechmea caudata varigata with a flower stalk that should be opening soon.
