.. and how did you find growing the dahlias ? Back in the springtime, a friend gave me a couple of dahlias which I grew in pots this summer, but not especially successful.

That's interesting.. I must check my 2 dahlia pots and see if there are new buds.

Our dahlias have lots of leaves this year but very few flowers, glad you have some now to enjoy.
