Courgette flowers

I see you have quite a crop there Linda. Maybe next year I'll try growing these.

Hi Paul, we have two plants that we grew from seed in the greenhouse then we transplanted them into the garden and we've had no end of courgettes. We slice and fry the courgette in butter then add a small tin of tomatoes, and you could fry mushrooms and add to it too. We've given a lot of courgettes away to the neighbours.

So many ways to enjoy them seems like. I love the fried mushrooms.
