A tender climbing perennial, grown as an annual. Not sure if it's volubilis or atrosanguineus. Grown from seed.

This plant, which is planted in the border outside, is tiny. The ones in pots are even smaller and no flowers.

Yes, Dawn, but this is the only plant I put into the border, the other 2 (much smaller, no flowers) I'm keeping in the conservatory to see if I can overwinter.
