New plant - trying gain - never had any success with them in the past

I think they are interesting plants from a botanical point of view but not exactly attractive.

I vaguely remember my daughter having one of these. We liked it because the patterns reminded us of icicles.

I have a pot that has been on the go for 15 yrs and their flowers are spectacular. their common name in the UK Bathgate is 'living stones'. in their native habitat they merge into the background so are less likely to be seen and eaten by any herbivore. Their Biology is very interesting as the top layer of the 'leaves' is uv resistant.

We have been looking at buying some of these, but, have been put off by the price!! Monty Don has made them fashionable..... unfortunately lgood luck Hywel.
